Site work for a road / highway in Auburn, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of May 22, 2025, this project has been completed. A bid bond shall be submitted with appropriate bid forms in the amount of 5% of the total contract value. Also, payment and performance bonds will be required from the contractor who is awarded this contract. Provide an Engineered Design and Landscaping Plan for a new wall approximately 2,100SF. Stabilize the site below existing retaining wall including erosion controls. Remove stumps as directed. Remove existing retaining wall, approximately 250' by varying height 4' to 9', and prep foundation for new wall installation. Install new catch basin and 12" pipe to connect existing drainage manhole. Install new retaining wall. Install approximately 300' of new guardrail. Install 4' chain link fence behind guardrail. Box cut the road for typical installation of 15" - Type D, 3" - Type A, 2" 12.5mm HMA, & 1.5" 9.5mm HMA. Install new granite curb, both sides of road. Loam & Seed disturbed areas.
