The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. Description: HVAC Service and Maintenance Location: In Augusta, project is located at the MaineDOT Headquarters (24 Child Street) and the Region 2 Office (66 Industrial Drive), in the County of Kennebec. Outline of Work: Provide preventative maintenance, system analysis and review, and repair and monitoring services for the HVAC Controls and Building Automation System, and other incidental work.
