Renovation of a mixed-use development in Augusta, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
The project consists of removal of the existing AHU-2 air handler, its associated rooftop condensing unit, all associated refrigeration piping, controls, supply/return ductwork, reheat coils, HWS/HWR branch piping, and installation of a new Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) unit and VRF heat pump system to serve the first floor studios at the 1989 section of the Katz Library.
