Renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Separate sealed BIDS for the Bangor High School - Window Wall Systems Replacement - Phase II project located at 885 Broadway, Bangor, Maine, for the Bangor School Department. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Scope of Work Summary: This project shall require a phased plan approach that will be coordinated/approved with ongoing school classroom schedules. Remove existing curtain wall systems, flashings, fascia's, and related structural elements. Construct new steel stud framed walls, along with new windows, doors, hydronic piping, ductwork, and associated exhaust fans as detailed in the plans and specifications Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., Thursday, April 24, 2025.
