Scope of Work Summary: Regional Program, Building #258 work involves renovations for the multipurpose room, new time out spaces, and storage room. Work also includes new access control hardware and security cameras. Work will include demolition, new walls, doors and hardware, HVAC and electrical modifications, including new panel. Work to be completed between June 20, 2022 and August 26, 2022. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required.
