As of October 21, 2024, project was awarded to WB Mason with the amount of $537,880.88. The project located at 73 Harlow Street in Bangor is home of Bangor City Hall. The existing 1913 three story with lower level, granite and limestone building is undergoing building wide improvements with a complete renovation on the First Floor. Substantial completion for construction is April 2025. The City of Bangor is requesting proposals for the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the undergoing renovations to City Hall. Any questions and inquiries submitted after the date and time specified under Project Timeline will not be reviewed for consideration and therefore cannot be included in the bid response. The City of Bangor, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, with or without cause, to modify its specifications and , to disclose the bids and other information concerning bids. The City of Bangor will diligently negotiate toward execution of a furnishings contract based on the terms of the bid with the selected Dealer.
