Site work for a road / highway in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project includes the replacement of existing traffic signals with new traffic signals at the Griffin Road/Kenduskeag Avenue Intersection, along with other incidental work. The Griffin Road/Kenduskeag Ave Signal Improvements Project is a Maine Federal Aid Project No. STP 2635(400)X, MeDOT WIN 25354.00, located at the intersection of Griffin Road and Kenduskeag Avenue, Bangor, Maine. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required in the form of cash, a certified check, or bid bond. All work shall be governed by the State of Maine Department of Transportation, Standard Specification, revision of March 2020, and Standard Details, revision of March 2020. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities or defects in bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. Bases of awarding the Contract is determined by the lowest qualified bidder. The lowest bidder must have successfully completed a Highway, or project specific prequalification for Bangor to be considered for the award of this contract.
