Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bangor, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Deadline for questions regarding the content of the RFQ submittal instructions should be directed by e-mail by Wednesday, October 30th to Jeanna DeTour, Project Manager at jdetour@haleyward.com. BHA is accepting Qualifications for a CM firm to provide value engineering, preconstruction, and construction phase services for the renovation of these two facilities. Funded from the low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) through MaineHousing (MH). The design work is currently 50% complete and construction documents will be issued to the selected contractor. Work includes but is not limited to removing pervious pavement and replacing with asphalt paving, thermal envelope upgrades, vinyl siding, roofing, windows, doors, Kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring, painting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades and ADA conversions. RFQ Request for Qualifications for Construction/Contractor Managers (CM) at Risk Services for Birch Circle and Griffin Park Renovations in Bangor, Maine. The Bangor Housing Authority hereby solicits credentials from qualified contractors to assist in the planning, design and construction services for the renovations of two existing multi-family facilities.
