The City of Bangor requests bids to furnish an electronic fuel meter register system with all components for Bangor International Airport. The current system (EMR3) is beyond its useful life and is no longer supported. The Airport meters fuel from five (5) Jet A Refuelers, three (3) Hydrant Trucks, and two (2) Avgas/100LL trucks as well as a Fill Stand. The electronic fuel meter register system must be furnished and installed in accordance with the attached specifications and following conditions. Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 PM, Thursday, August 19, 2021. The City will issue a response on or before 4:30 PM, Tuesday, August 24, 2021. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be available Electronically The City of Bangor reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or defects in bids or to accept a higher cost bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. The City also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful Bidder.
