Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 88,000-square-foot educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work Summary: Improvements to Hvac System for 88,000sf+- Middle School. Remove Existing Steam System, Including Piping, Traps, Boilers, as Well as Existing Air Handlers, Rooftop Units, and Heat Recovery Units. Install New Hydronic Piping, Boilers, Domestic Water Heaters, Energy Recovery Units, Rooftop Units, Unit Ventilators, Ductwork, Variable Refrigerant Flow System, Electrical Panels, Conduits, Conductors, Etc. Bid Security Will Be Required Consisting of a 5 Percent (5%) Bid Bond Or a Certified Check in Lieu of the Bid Bond is Required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, Each for 100% of the Value of the Work Are Required. Maine Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements Apply to This Project.
