Renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Mary Snow School - Structural Roof Upgrade project located at 435 Broadway, Bangor, Maine The project will be completed over the summer of 2024. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Maine Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate requirements apply to this project. Scope of Work Summary: Provide added capacity to the roof structure. Work includes structural demolition; relocation of existing building utilities; installation of new concrete footer, steel columns, steel beams, wood framing, and interior finishes to enclose new structural components. Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, April 5, 2024. The response will be in the form of an addendum issued by end of day April 8, 2024, and will be emailed to all Plan Holders.
