Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Provide a new lighting controller with photoceli/timer capability similar to existing site lighting control. This controller is to be mounted near the panel on the first level. Refer to attached sheets for additional information. Existing controller can be repurposed to control new pole mounted style lighting. For purposes of bidding assume an acceptable iunction box is used at eaclxsite'Whbsole. Wall pack style lighting is included in the specifications. Coordinate mounting height with existing. For your reference older 2(X)4+- plan sheets (see attached Sheets 2.2 and 2,3) have been provided that may provide some information as to where existing underground lighting may he located. It is the contractor's responsibility to field verify and make all adjustments necessary to install the conduits, wiring, etc. for the new lighting layout.
