Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Any exception to the provisions in the Scope of Services/Specifications must be marked in the body of this document and itemized on a separate page titled "Exceptions" and referenced by section number and paragraph, along with a detailed explanation of the exception. All sports lighting fixtures and all equipment must be thoroughly inspected, serviced, and ready for use upon installation. All work performed must meet established industry standards of quality to be acceptable. Any unacceptable work must be corrected before payment is issued. The City is requesting proposals to replace the softball field lighting at Union Street Recreation Complex. A tabulation of all received proposals will be posted on the City's website by 4:30 P.M. on the opening date. Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, February 23, 2024.
