''As of February 5, 2024 bids were rejected, no definite date for the rebid'' A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Scope of Work Summary: Contractor shall remove existing sanitary and vent piping, domestic water piping, heat piping, electrical conduits, light fixtures, and associated wiring. The removal of various acoustical ceilings, as well as concrete trenching as required. Contractor shall install new sanitary and vent piping, domestic water piping, mixing valves, electric water heater, exhaust fan, heat piping, electrical conduits, conductors, ceiling Unistrut grid, and electrical panel. Additionally, new acoustical ceilings; associated ceiling light fixtures; new walls and paint throughout; (4) new aluminum windows. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be emailed to all Plan Holders by end of day December 7, 2023. Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., December 5, 2023.
