A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Scope of Work Summary: Project includes the demolition and removal of the top sections of an existing 6 story steel tower to a lower elevation. Work also includes construction of a new floor and new roof for the tower, as well as siding; along with proper demolition and disposal of all materials. Work to be completed between June 19, 2024 - August 23, 2024.
