Stillwater Environmental Engineering, Inc- 65,500.00 The City of Bangor requests proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to complete a Watershed Based Plan (WBP) for Penjajawoc Stream. This will include complete coordination of the development process to include: project management, preplanning, Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Consultation, assessing existing water quality monitoring data, completing watershed assessments, stakeholder input and local ownership, field investigations, Best Management Practice (BMP) identification and recommendation, and writing the plan. Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, May 11, 2023. The City will issue a response on or before 4:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 16, 2023. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be available on the City's website. Notifications will be sent out at the time of release of all addendum to the appropriate Registered Vendor List. The City encourages all potential bidders to register as a vendor at electronicaly. The City of Bangor reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or defects in proposals or to accept a higher cost proposal if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. The City also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful Proposer.
