Renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove and replace approximately 170 feet of exterior wall, including windows and doors, at the southeast wall of C-Wing. Only those companies who have obtained Bidding Documents and are listed on the project's "Plan Holders List" are eligible to submit a bid proposal. A bid security consisting of a 5 percent Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work, are required. Documents may be purchased and/or examined at the office of the Engineer for a non-refundable fee. Bidders are instructed to meet in the Fruit Street School front lobby to begin the Pre-Bid Meeting at the scheduled time, which is the only site review opportunity prior to bid submission. Questions must be directed in writing and responses will be issued via addendum to all Plan Holders. Question Deadline: 05/12/2026 12:00 PM. All questions must be submitted in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com by this time. Responses will be by addendum to all Plan Holders.
