Site work for a mixed-use development in Bar Harbor, Maine. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Information for Architects and Engineers Representatives of the Mount Desert Island High School wish to procure professional architectural/engineering services for the replacement of a track. The existing track was constructed in 2000. Preliminary project requirements include: 1. Replace track surface. Use reclaimed track surface as base. 2. Regrade area adjacent to track to allow for larger buffer between track and fence. 3. Replace existing fence with a new fence in a new location. Try to reuse the posts. 4. Regrade and refurbish all the track surfaces. 5. Install 1 1/2 " conduit with (2) 12"x10"x6" pull boxes from cook shack to press box. 700"+/-. 6. Repair Drainage issues along track. Mount Desert Island High School is in the Town of Bar Harbor, Maine, and is a member of AOS 91 (Alternate Organizational Structure 91). Representing the High School throughout the RFP process will be the Superintendent of Schools, the Principal of the High School and, the members of the High School Board of Trustees representing the AOS 91 member towns of Bar Harbor, Mount Desert, Southwest Harbor and Tremont.
