All work shall be performed with care to preserve the gazebo's historic value, using high-quality, durable materials. Anticipated Start Date: September 8, 2025 Completion Deadline: November 15, 2025 A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check, made out to the City of Bath. All bid securities will be released upon deliverance of a signed Contract or, if no Contract award is made, within forty-five (45) days after the opening of the Proposals, unless forfeited as herein stipulated. The work shall be completed between September 8, 2025 and November 15, 2025. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250 per day are contained in the Contract The City of Bath reserves the right to adjust the quantities contained in the Bid Form as needed in order to stay within the project budget. The City of Bath reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bath, not necessarily the lowest bid.
