Parking Lot Plowing The Sagadahoc County Facilities Department is accepting bids for snow removal at the courthouse at 752 High St. in Bath, Maine, as well as the administrative building adjacent to the courthouse at 33 Court St. This will be for the winter season of 2025-2026. The work will include snow removal at the courthouse and the administrative building. As the building is in operation 24/7 it will need to be kept open accordingly. During large storms with fast accumulation, it will need to be checked numerous times for public safety personnel and public access. Shoveling entrances also will be needed for the main entrance, the entrance for Transport, and the entrance to the administrative building. Salt and walkway ice melter should be applied as needed to keep the entrances and parking areas as free from ice as possible. There are limited areas to pile snow. Should there be a need to bring equipment in to pile snow higher or haul snow away, and this will be an additional cost, that should be indicated. Please submit proposals for price per season and price per storm. All bids must include all applicable fees. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate with any bidder.
