Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bath, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; for the construction of a 3,750-square-foot office development; for site work for a office development; water / sewer project; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of three existing buildings at the McMann Complex and their existing utility services. Site work for and construction of a new 3,750 s.f., maintenance building with office, break room, maintenance workspace and storage space and extension of existing water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunications services to the new building. Construction of 5 Focal Point storm water treatment systems at the McMann Complex/Bath Middle School site. Construction of two grassed underdrain soil filters and a storm water detention pond at the Oak Grove Cemetery site. Restoration of disturbed areas with bituminous pavement or loaming and seeding, per the plan.
