Site work and addition to a municipal facility in Belgrade, Maine. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 2, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 2, 2024. A 12'x48'x6" slab addition with a 12" haunch at the municipal garage. 12'x48'x6" slab addition with a 12" haunch. Sub grade - remove 24" below slab and haul away excess material. Install 16" of 4" minus compacted. Install 8" of 3/8" gravel compacted. Form up slab and wait for plumbing to be installed. Once installed lay 2" of foam insulation and a 2' rebar grid of #4 rebar. Pour 6" of fibered concrete with 12" haunch trowel finish and anchor bolts. A bid bond and performance and payment bond will not be required. The successful bidder shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Belgrade as additional insured. The Town of Belgrade reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals for any reason and to award the contract to any contractor if the Town feels the award is in the best interest of the Town of Belgrade.
