All materials and labor required to complete the work must be supplied by the bidder. The cost and expense of all necessary labor, tools, and equipment required to complete the work must be included in the prices stated in the bids. Further details are available at the Belmont Town Office during regular office hours. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm Monday, March 2nd, 2026.
