**As of May 13, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. For Project-specific information, fax all questions to Eric Calderwood at (207)737-2008. Questions received after 12:00 noon of Tuesday March 15, 2022 will not be answered. Bidders shall not contact any other Town staff for clarification of Contract provisions, and the Town will not be responsible for any interpretations so obtained. One copy of each Bid is required and must be made upon blank forms provided by Town of Berwick. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount payable to Treasurer, Town of Berwick as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder and shall be sent to 222 River Rd., Richmond, ME 04357 or electronically in pdf format to bid@calderwoodengineering.com. If contractors submit a bid electronically in email format, please do so with a read receipt or request verification that it has been received. Location: In York County, project is located over Little River in the Town of Berwick on Diamond Hill Rd.
