Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brewer, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project was awarded to Street's Landscape in the amount of $423,937.50. Bids are requested for the resurfacing of certain streets for the City of Brewer. The project may include the grinding or full depth reclamation of existing road surface, furnishing and placement of hot bituminous concrete shims and overlays on existing City streets, parking areas and walkways. Total tonnage is estimated to be 3450 tons and total areas to be ground or reclaimed are estimated to be 25,800 square yards. The paving and/or grinding of said City streets shall not commence until such time as the Contractor receives a notice to proceed from the City Engineer or his designee. The City of Brewer, Maine holds the exclusive right to reject or accept all or part of any or all bids received.
