Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bridgton, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 12, 2019, the project was awarded to J. Pratt Construction for $3,347,473.61. Construction is expected to start after September 3, 2019, Substantial Completion scheduled for June 5, 2020 and Final Completion scheduled for July 2, 2020.** The project generally consists of streetscape and sewer improvements throughout the downtown corridor including the replacement of existing sidewalks, ADA improvements, new street lighting, roadway pavement mill and overlay, and landscape amenities including new street trees, benches, litter receptacles, bicycle racks, and construction of new sewer main and service lateral. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work, and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability, or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by Town.
