Site work for a civil project in Brunswick, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing, developing, and pump testing an 18 by 24" gravel packed well at the Taylor Well Site in Brunswick, Maine to replace the capacity of Well 2 at the site. The anticipated depth of Well 2R will be 120 feet below ground surface and anticipated yield will be 800 gallons per minute (gpm). The proposed location for Well 2R is based on results from test well exploration. The work shall be substantially completed by May 15, 2025. Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft payable to the OWNER or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum Bid price. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the owner. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for 100% of the contract price.
