Renovation of a fire / police facility in Caribou, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
For work at the Caribou Fire and Ambulance building, located at 121 High Street in Caribou. The work includes: supply labor and equipment to remove the old air exchange unit and cap off any remaining ductwork; and, supply labor and equipment to remove all parts of the old pellet boiler unit to include pellet silo and cap off any remaining water lines. Questions about the scope of work should be directed in writing to: City Manager Penny Thompson at citymanager@cariboumaine.org prior to Wednesday January 25, 2023 at 4:00 pm. All answers to submitted questions will be posted on the City of Caribou portal prior to Monday January 30, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
