The Town of Carrabassett Valley is seeking sealed bids for a two-year contract for snowplowing and sanding at the Town Transfer Station. (Note: The Select Board at its August 26th meeting decided to re-issue the Request For Bids for the Town Transfer Station. All other bids solicited for 2024-2026 Town plowing locations have been awarded and this request is only for the Transfer Station location). Questions may be directed to the Town Manager at the Town Office at 235-2645 or towncvtm@roadrunner.com. The Board of Selectmen reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any bid irregularities and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Board will award bids based on price, references, experience including previous experience and bidders' equipment available to complete the work.
