Description: On Call Building & Grounds Maintenance and Repair Services Location: Region 2 Outline of Work: General carpentry and small building assignments as well as grounds maintenance and repairs, and other incidental work. A Bidder is not required to bid all Items. Contracts may be awarded to each responsive, responsible bidder that meets the requirements and specifications. The original Contract amount will be determined by the Items the Bidder chooses to bid.
