Remodeling of a municipal facility in Dover Foxcroft, Maine. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
As of 12/20/2022 Project was cancelled due to bids were over budget, will rebid next year but no new schedule yet. The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals, or to accept any proposal. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond to cover the execution of the Work which shall be in conformity with AIA A312 (included in the specifications) and for the Contract Amount. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to Vicki Leavitt, Maine Licensed Architect at email address: vw_architect@outlook.com no later than 2pm on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
