**As of November 21, 2022, the low bid were rejected. All bids came in over budget. Project Description: Site preparation for the construction of a new Classroom building at location indicated on Drawings. Work includes but is not limited, to site demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements. Paving and landscaping to be completed in a later phase. The owner reserves the right to waive all formalities, and reject any and all proposals, or to accept any proposal. Proposals shall be submitted upon the letterhead of the bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% contract performance bond and a 100% contract payment bond to cover the execution of the work which shall be in conformity with the form of bonds contained in section 2-C of the specifications and for the contract amount.
