Project Description: construction of a new Classroom building at location indicated on Drawings. Work includes but is not limited, to site demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements, paving and landscaping. Work also includes concrete foundations and slab-ongrade, wood structure, wood trusses and decking, asphalt shingle roofing, sheet metal flashing, wood stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, custom cabinets and fixtures, carpentry, aluminum entrances, aluminum-clad wood windows, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, toilet accessories, signage, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. The owner reserves the right to waive all formalities, and reject any and all proposals, or to accept any proposal. Any proposal that contains an escalation clause will be invalid.
