Renovation of a mixed-use development in Durham, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Durham Maine is accepting competitive quotes for the provision and installation of HVAC/Heat Pump units in both the Town offices and the Fire/EMS building, both located on Hallowell Road in Durham. The quotes shall cover the specific units needed in both locations, complete installations including all labor, materials and supplies, electrical upgrades as needed to accommodate the units at each location and the warranty periods as described in the official Request for Quotations which are available at the Town Offices at 630 Hallowell Road, Durham and through the Towns website, HVAC Quotes Proposal. The Town shall award the project to the lowest responsible bidder who can meet both the operational standards, electrical upgrades and complete the installations no later than August 1, 2022.
