Regional School Unit #24 is requesting proposals to remove existing windows and professionally install eight (8) windows located on the first floor of the building in the School located on Eastbrook Road in Eastbrook, Maine: 2-Mulled units with transoms, 57' w x 72' h 1-Mulled unit with transoms, 57" w x 65" h 1-Picture unit with transom, 48" w x 72" h 2-Casement units with transoms, 28.5" w x 72" h 2-Casement units with transoms, 24" w x 72" h Work must be completed by August 15, 2023. Proposals must describe the scope of the work to be completed including fabrication of extension jambs, priming, and painting; details on the manufacturing and specifications of the windows proposed to be installed; clean-up and disposal of demolition; the schedule for completing the proposed work, and the proposed price and fee structure. Proposals must also contain proof of liability insurance coverage.
