Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Ellsworth, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County of Hancock hereby solicits credentials from qualified architects and engineers to help with the planning and execution of a renovation that would repurpose existing space within the Hancock County Sherriff's department, located at 50 State Street, Ellsworth Maine, 04605, for use as RCC/911 dispatch space. Firms and individuals may submit for perusal past projects, plans and reviews that might best represent the firm/individuals abilities. This project will be regularly inspected by state and county officials and demands high quality workmanship. The expected start date for this project is May 2019. Interested parties may obtain more information at the Facilities office within the same building on weekdays, 8 AM to 4 PM, phone (207) 667-1409, or through elecronically. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
