Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ellsworth, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water Street Pump Station Upgrades The Project generally consists of pump station upgrades which includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing pump station, construction of a new pump station, installation of Owner-procured pumps, wet well rehabilitation, and site improvements and all materials, equipment, services, and construction inherent to the Work. Contract Times are to commence based on Contractor's availability and preference and must be substantially completed on or before May 30, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment on or before May 31, 2023. The Work shall be substantially complete within 120 days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment 150 days from the commencement of Contract Time as set forth in the Agreement. The intent of the dates and days for contract times is to allow the Contractor flexibility on when the Contract is to commence, but that once the Contract has commenced, all Work will be performed within the allotted days.
