Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Farmington, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to: site preparation and demolition (if applicable), earthwork and foundations, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, interior and exterior finishes, landscaping and site improvements, permits, inspections, and code compliance, and project closeout and warranty services.
