The project consists of the milling and paving of a portion of Main Street with associated curb and sidewalk construction, installation of a new segmental block retaining wall, drainage, lighting, reconstruction of Hippach Field parking area and access road, and construction of a new brick wall at Hippach Field. The project also includes installation of new water service and metering at Hippach Field. Work under this contract is located in Farmington, Maine The total anticipated bid price is approximately $2,200,000. The expected duration is 270 days for substantial completion and 300 days for final completion. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the Total Bid Price if the bid amount is $125,000.00 or greater. Payment and Performance Bonds are required at contract signing for bids of $125,000.00 or greater. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 60 days after bid opening.
