The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Gray, Maine, requires the installation of a 10,000-gallon underground water storage tank system. The period of performance is from the date of award to approximately 120 days thereafter. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 221310, "Water Supply and Irrigation Systems," with a size standard of $41 million. The estimated value of the project is between $175,000 and $200,000. The contract will incorporate Davis-Bacon Act wage determination ME20250050, Modification 5, dated July 25, 2025. Offerors must submit quotes electronically by 4:00 P.M. Eastern on September 2, 2025, and are strongly encouraged to schedule a site visit before September 2, 2025.
