Houlton Water Company (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Foxcroft Road and Clover Circle Lift Station Upgrades The Project includes the following Work: The project will include process equipment, controls and ancillary support systems upgrades and construction of emergency stand-by power systems and pretreatment tanks at the Foxcroft Road and Clover Circle Lift Stations and pigging of the Foxcroft Road Lift Station force main. A bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or Bid bond issued by surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
