Renovation of a residential development in Lewiston, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The City of Lewiston is accepting sealed proposals for the Asphalt Roof Replacement at 48 Winter Street which consists of replacement of the low sloped asphalt roof over the 12 x 22 kitchen/ dining area (A1), and the roof plane over the back 11 x 24 mid-section of the home (steep section). Remove and dispose of old roofing. Apply ice and water shield, repair or replace roof boots, flashing, and drip edge as needed, and include ridge venting where feasible. Replace Gutter and include downspout directed away from foundation. Pre-bid Meeting: Scheduled by appointment The City reserves the right to negotiate with the low bidder to bring projects down to within budget.
