The City of Lewiston is accepting sealed proposals for the Roof Replacement at 158 Blake Street which consists of replacing the main roof surface, including necessary repairs to roof drains, and roof edge components. The roof is four stories above grade. Include material removal and disposal for existing roof and anticipate some repair work along street side edge. Interested bidders must register with the Purchasing Agent either through direct response to the City's RFP solicitation at MRyerson@LewistonMaine.gov or by contacting the Purchasing Agent, Allen Ward at 207-513-3040 or AWard@LewistonMaine.gov to be added to the bidders list. Each bidder is required to state in his/her Proposal his/her name and place of residence and the names of all persons or parties interested as principals with him/her; and that the proposal is made without any connection with any other bidder making any proposal for the same work; and that no person acting for or employed by the City of Lewiston is directly or indirectly interested in the proposal or in any contract which may be entered into to which the proposal relates, or in any portion of the profits therefrom, except as provided by the City Charter.
