Site work, renovation and addition to a museum in Lewiston, Maine. Completed plans call for the addition of a 11,000-square-foot, two-story above grade museum; for the renovation of a 14,000-square-foot, two-story above grade museum; and for site work for a museum.
Proposals are invited for: Maine MILL New Museum1 Beech Street Lewiston, ME 04240. The scope of work includes the renovation of the existing mill building and building the addition at the same time. The site consists of a 2-acre lot. There remains the shell of a two-story brick mill building comprised of approximately 7,000 square feet on each floor. It was built in the 1860s. The new addition will provide an additional approximately 11,000 square feet for a total of approximately 25,000 square feet. Deadline for Questions: May 26, 2023
