Site work and paving for a civil project in Lincolnville, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Lincolnville Select Board is requesting bids for: GREENACRE ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND PAVEMENT RE-SURFACING The Lincolnville Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Site visits can be arranged. Questions concerning the project should be directed to Matt Deane Public Facilities Director, telephone (207) 763-3555, at the Lincolnville Town Office, 493 Hope Road, Lincolnville, ME 04849 or by email: pfd@town.lincolnville.me.us Greenacre Road - (approximately 2.02 miles +/- of length, width to match existing pavement). The paving will overlay previously installed bituminous pavement. The paving is to match the current paved width of the road from the Belmont / Lincolnville town line to State Route 52. After sweeping by the contractor, the road shall be tack coated, at a rate of .02 gallons per square yard, prior to pavement placement. The road shall then be shimmed and compacted to a depth of 1/2 inch. In addition to the shim course, the Greenacre Road will receive an additional course compacted to a 1.5-inch thickness of MDOT 12.5mm Mix
