No definite date for the rebid.** The Town of Lisbon is seeking competitive bids to complete repair work - clearing vegetative debris and addressing erosion to the Beaver Park pond. The Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. The Town ofLisbon is seeking qualified bids from contracting companies to complete the repair ofthe streambed embankment and vegetative debris removal at Site #5 (the pond at Beaver Park). The address for Beaver Park in Lisbon, ME is 37 Cotton Rd, Lisbon, ME 04250. It is also accessible from Pinewoods Road, which intersects with Cotton Road. Project details are identified below. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope ofwork is to repair the streambed to pre-disaster condition and remove vegetative debris to the pond located at Beaver Park in Lisbon, Maine. Work to be completed should be done between the coordinates detailed below. All staging must be done in right-of-way. Complete: o Removal of vegetative debris along streambed embankment. o Apply natural fill along streambed embankment. o Machine time and labor. o Incidental work as may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as outlined or implied in the Plans and Specifications. Work shall be conducted between September 15, 2025 and conclude no later than November 7, 2025.
