Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lisbon, Maine. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work is to repair damaged elements to Site #1, #2 and #3. Additional elements will include riprap and filtration fabric. Work to be completed should be done between the coordinates detailed below. All staging must be done in right-of-way. Complete: Pave up to 325 FT x 3-IN deep. Remove pavement, add 6-8 rip rap to the areas washed out also add drainage fabric to protect the path. Prep walking path for new hot-top with 1,5-IN gravel and 3/4-IN reclaim, grade and compact. Material 1.5-IN gravel, 4-IN reclaim, 6-8-IN riprap, drainage fabric. Machine time and labor. o Incidental work as may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as outlined or implied in the Plans and Specifications. Sites to be repaired to pre-disaster condition: Site #1 (44.00338, -70.08147): Walkways, 0.2963 CY of asphalt, 16 FT long x 2 FT wide x 3 IN deep. Walkways, 23.7037 CY of native fill, 16 FT long x 10 FT wide x 4 FT deep o Walkways, 4.4444 CY of sediment removal, 10 FT long x 4 FT wide x 3 FT deep. Walkways, 5.9259 CY of crushed stone, 16 FT long x 10 FT wide x 1 FT deep. Sites to be mitigated: Site #2 (44.00397, -70.08203): Walkways, 4.5556 CY of asphalt, 123 FT long x 4 FT wide x 3 IN deep. Site #3 (44.00440, -70.08232): Walkways, 6.2963 CY of asphalt, 136 FT long x 5 FT wide x 3 IN deep. The mitigation measures will reduce the risk of future damage by adding riprap to dissipate flood and tide energy. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid price, made out in favor of the Town of Lisbon. Personal and business checks will not be accepted. Bid to be Awarded: On or before September 22, 2025 Start date: After receipt of the Notice to Proceed Completion date: November 7, 2025.
