The Town of Lyman is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Earth Work Services to complete the scope of work for the Lyman Bunganut Sports Field Complex. The intention of this RFP is to solicit responses and formal proposals from qualified Contractors and select a single organization to provide services to the Town of Lyman. Earth Work services for improvements at Bunganut Park on the Sports Field Complex side of the park. Work to include removal of stumps and rocks. Loaming and seeding new field area. Paving and regrading of main gate entrance. Installation of a new chain link fence. Earth Work services for improvements at Bunganut Park on the Sports Field Complex side of the park. Work to include removal of stumps and rocks. Loaming and seeding new field area. Paving and regrading of main gate entrance. Installation of a new chain link fence. Scope of Work Item 1: The removal of stumps and rocks, add necessary fill to achieve grade, top with gravel to create a new 300' x 75' parking area to the Right of the current entrance. All large rocks to be saved and placed along the road and new parking area. Item 2: Move existing large rocks on top of the hill overlooking the field, back approximately 20' into parking area. Add required loam to grass new area and tie back into the hill. Item 3: Re-grade and pave the main gate entrance 16' wide 25' long. Item 4: Install a new chain link fence, matching existing fencing, from the left side of the current main gate to the top of the hill. The fence will end with a 10' lockable vehicle gate to access concession stand and EMS access to the field. Item 5: Install a new chain link fence, matching existing fencing, along the road and new parking area. The fence will start at the current vehicle gate, and end at a new 16' wide vehicle gate to be used to access the new parking area.
