Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lyman, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Scope of Work Lighting upgrades: Add exterior lighting to 11 areas around the Transfer Station site. Including installation of a sub panel and main panel and wiring. Upgrade lighting located at the Salt Shed. Add cat 6 cable to the office located at the Transfer Station. Add up to five (5) security cameras in various locations for the Transfer Station. Project includes lighting improvements on the upper area of the Transfer Station in various locations and also cabling and installation of cameras. Also, lighting upgrades to the Salt Shed lighting. Salt Shed is in another location near the Transfer Station. This document does not commit the Town of Lyman to any contract for any service, supply, or subscription whatsoever. The Town of Lyman will not reimburse any information or administrative costs incurred as a result of participation in response to the RFP. All costs associated with response will solely reside at the responding party's expense.
