Renovation of an educational facility in Machias, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Boiler System Replacement for Machias Memorial High School Gymnasium Boiler. Installation of two Viessmann Vitodens 200- W-B2HA-530 (heat only) propane boilers. Included in the project will be concentric venting, boiler stands, hydronic piping, wiring, fittings, other necessary materials and labor costs to complete the installation of the new boiler system. The bid will also include a propane tank (1,000 gallon capacity), including installation of the tank with necessary barriers, connections and associated materials to make the boiler operational. All work must be performed by a certified technician in a professional manner according to State and local codes. The installation of the new boiler system will comply with State electrical codes and in accordance with the requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters. The Machias Select Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
